The Thinkwise Community Portal is available for reporting and following questions and wishes about the operation of the Thinkwise platform. Thinkwise expects clients to always consult the online documentation first. The portal also has user manuals, instruction videos and updates available.

The community Portal is available to our clients at all times online. The Service & Care employees can be reached on office days between 8:30 and 17:30.
