You can count on a permanent team of Thinkwise specialists for technical support in using your application. Our Service Agreement contains clear agreements to guarantee the continuity of your application.


General support

The Thinkwise Community Portal is available for both reporting incidents in and wishes for your Thinkwise applications. This system also offers a report on the status and progress of all incident reports. This keeps you well informed. This portal also contains user manuals, instruction videos and updates.

In a Service Agreement, you are always guaranteed to get our direct support and guaranteed response times.

Available 24/7

Service & Care is available on office days between 8:30 and 17:30. For extra support outside of regular working hours, it is possible to receive 24/7 Service & Care team support.
